| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed Arsenic Treatment Options DETAILS: Met with Mike on site. Reviewed the water systems operations and locations where the chemical samples are collected. An arsenic sample will be collected at the wellhead to compare with those samples that have been collected after the storage reservoir. Reviewed options for installing point of use treatment at the break rooms. Inspected chlorination system which is currently operated manually based on residual levels in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to begin plan review process for arsenic treatment units, reinstall chlorination system so it is proportional to flow. | ||
