| Details: | SUMMARY: CHEM 4073 Arsenic above MCL DETAILS: Returned call to Mike Albrige, he was requesting me to resend the letter with the September 1, 2010 deadline. Left message that the Sept. 1 deadline is soft and could be extended while he was waiting for information about species of arsenic which will define the type of treatment required. I reminded him to e-mail Alice and look up the EPA Decision Tree for identifying the correct treatment of water to reduce arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Will answer questions as required. | ||
