| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system user inquiry regarding compliance schedule DETAILS: Bernice called to inquire as to when the problems at the Boulder Creek WS (unfiltered surface water) will be resolved. Bernice had just spoken to Chandler Brown and reported that Mr. Brown had indicated to her that the State was responsible for delaying the process of correcting the WS deficiencies. I explained that the current timelines are defined by the Administrative Order and Settlement Agreement, and that currently the State is waiting for submittal of plans and specifications meeting the requirements of the Order and Settlement Agreement (meeting all requirements of OAR 333-061-0032(4) and (5)). I then called Mr. Brown to review with him the current deadline with respect to this Compliance Action and explained to him that the State was currently waiting for submittal of the required construction documents from the WS and their consultant. Mr. Brown indicated that he understood the schedule, and that Ms Vickerman had misunderstood what he had said regarding delays relating to Rose Lodge WC correction of deficiencies of the Boulder Creek WS. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for submittal of construction plans. | ||
