| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliofrm sample positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Due to change in management and on-going confusion among the staff over their responsibilities with the water system, I met with the operator in the field on 09/08/10 (I also met with the system in the field on 08/07/2010 to discuss these same issues). I again reviewed with the system in the field their coliform sampling plan, and because they now have an alert for TCR I reviewed taking four repeats with in twenty-four hours, and then five routine samples next month. I also reviewed correct sampling technique with the system , and again stressing the need for the system to show due diligence in submitting samples on time and correct sampling technique. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples and submit today, and five routine samples in October 2010. | ||
