| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine quarterly sample tested positive for TCR DETAILS: Received alert on 09/16/2010. Called first thing morning of 09/17/2010 and spoke with Mark, maintaining manager for the hotel and water system. He state it was probably poor sampling technique, but in any event he had already submitted five repeat samples to the lab yesterday afternoon. I asked if any of the samples were a raw sample and he indicated that none were. I requested he submit a sixth sample today to the lab that was a raw source sample and that he use the new form from the lab when submitting the sample. Mark indicated he would do this and have the sample submitted today. We also discussed submitting five more samples next month as routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Submit five routine samples before end of October. | ||
