Details: SUMMARY: Routine water sample positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Received notice of alert on 09/20/2010. Met with Brij in field on 09/21/2010 and reviewed the next steps in regards to taking four repeat samples and five the following month. Brij indicated he had already submitted the four repeat samples to the lab the night before, including one sample taken at the wellhead. We are now awaiting the results of these four repeat samples and will take action after that. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine temporary samples will be required in October 2010.
