| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ follow up. DETAILS: 08/01/10 Routine sample results not received until 9/2? Called new owner/operator Beverly and Don 9/7 and discussed. Sample was from singe home in use at this time. Three other homes on system are vacant. Discussed taking repeat samples. Don will install raw sample tap and repeat at source. System will also attempt to locate buried wellhead. Spoke to Don again 9/14 and well located and sample tap installed. Took repeat source sample on 9/13. Results will dictate future action. ACTION NEEDED: Will require five temporary routines in September. System knows requirement but may take violation in lieu of fewer samples as there is currently only one home in use. No Public Notice needed until other homes are occupied. | ||
