Called Butch and discussed possible causes as system has had several positive samples since April. Source consistently absent. No repeats needed since two samples positive and therefore verified. Butch had already chlorinated system. ACTION NEEDED: Send out and submit copy of public notice for this event as well as 7/28 positive within 30 days. Take five more temporary routines in September. | ||
