Details: | SUMMARY: Online chlorine meter failing DETAILS: Robert called to inform DWP that the online chlorine analyzer on the clearwell effluent is failing. CBNB has been conducting daily calibrations to evaluate the degree to which the analyzer is reading low. They want to know if this is an acceptable alternative to 4-hour grab samples until a new analyzer is installed. Samples from the water treatment plant lab have also been monitored, though these do not necessarily represent the first user. CBNB will send a spreadsheet with the readings that have been acquired for DWPs evaluation of whether CT violations have occurred. ACTION NEEDED: Clarify situations applicability to Rules. |
