| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert -COLI8266--The routine coliforn sa mple from the distribution system on 09/16/2010 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 09/21/10--Jackson Baures (Jackson County EH) called Terry Ryan to discuss the Alert and then called Alec at Neilson Research who told him that Neilson Research collected the repeat samples on 9/17/2010 and that none were positive. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in October. | ||
