| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT-COLI 7996-- One routine sample collected from the distribution system on 08-02-10 tested positive for coliform. DETAILS: 08/05/10--I spoke with Lee. He informed me that four repeats were collected but none from the source. He agreed to collect another repeat from the source today or tomorrow. 0//07/10--Four distribution samples were collected o 08/04/10 and all were tested negative. One sample was collected at he "well hydrant", and tested negative, yet it is not listed as a source in SDWIS. I have e-mailed Daniel Hough (DWP) to try to prevent a violation from being issued for failing to collect a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines to be collected in September. | ||
