| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI:7914---The routine coliform sample collected 07/14/10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 07/19/10---I spoke with Terry today who informed me that Neilson Research collected repeats in 07/16/10. He also informed me that there are two distinct unconnected distributions systems. 09/07/10---SDWIS indicates that three distribution samples were collected on 07/16/10 and all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Temporary routines were collected on 8/12 and 08/13/10: By that time it was too late to collect the triggered source sample that should have been collected along with the three distribution samples on 07/16/10. | ||
