| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Treatment Options for Nitrate DETAILS: Spoke with Scott. Confirmed that the former contact, Rodney Moore, no longer works for the mill. Discussed the DWP review of proposed policy of allowing the mill to continue to serve water with nitrates between 10 and 20 mg/l. The decision to require all systems to meet the MCL of 10 mg/l means that treatment is required for the system. Discussed installing treatment at both break rooms. Bottled water is currently available at the facility for the employees. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to submit plans for installing treatment for nitrates. | ||
