| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine coliform sample collected from the distribution system on 08/12/10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 08/16/10---I spoke with Terry today who informed me that Neilson Research collected the routine sample on 08/12/10 and that they came out today to collect repeats samples. 08/31/10---I spoke with Kim at Neilson Research, Daniel Hough at DWP and Terry Ryan today: Per Daniel, the DWP is not requiring a triggered source Sample at well # 2-- therefore, at this time, SDWIS shows it as a distribution sample. Daniel Hough had notified Rachel Gruen. (DMCE) of this. 09/08/10---SDWIS shows that three distribution samples collected on 08/16/10 tested negative and that a sample collected at well #2 was also negative-- however, SDWIS is still listing this as a distribution sample. ACTION NEEDED: The DWP needs to change the 08/16/10 sample collected at well #2 from a distribution sample to a source sample. Applegate Mobile Park needs to collect five temporary routines in September. | ||
