Informed operator to take three routine samples in Dist - A, one at original site, one upstream, one downstream and a triggered source (Common Header) sample as soon s possible. 09/23/10---Received al Repeat Sample results as Positive. Informed operator to try and isolate problem, take "Special" samples to confirm problem is corrected ACTION NEEDED: Issue Tier 2 Public Notice to inform users that a Violation has occurred and disclose the nature of Violation. Take five routine Coliform Samples next month. | ||
