Details: SUMMARY: COLI8355, Positive routine for TC alert DETAILS: Left message on Brian Johnsons voice mail asking him to collect four repeat tests with one collected at the source. I also reminded him to collect five routines at and before the end of October. I reviewed what happens if we have a positive repeat. Disinfection and PN requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Will monitor for repeat test results.
