| Details: | SUMMARY: 4/5 temporary routine samples positive for sample date 09/01/2010. DETAILS: Bobbie from Alex Mac Management called this office for Mr. Lee to ask what is necessary at this point. I suggested that they re-disinfect the distribution system since the well was re-conditioned in 2006. I also suggested that they look for leaks in the distribution system since the source sample was clean. She indicated that they distributed an in-house public notice to the residents telling them what is happening with the system. I e-mailed Bobbie the DHS-DWP public notice template and let her know that she should post it and please submit a completed copy to this office. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice and monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary. If problem continues refer to HBH consulting. | ||
