| Details: | SUMMARY: 4/4 repeats total coliform positive for sample date 08/23/10. DETAILS: Called and left message for Mr. Lee letting him know about the positive repeat samples. I let him know that they need to so a public notice for unresolved total coli form. I also mentioned in the message that it would be a good idea to have a company disinfect/flush the system. The system needs to take five temporary routine samples for the month of September. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice and monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
