| Details: | SUMMARY: Four repeat samples positive DETAILS: The four repeats were positive for total coliform, including one from the source. After investigation, a leaking gasket was found at the well house ACTION NEEDED: 1) Leaking gasket at the well was changed out. 2) System shock chlorinated. 3) System Flushed 4) Public Notice has been issued. 5) Special sample will be taken to make sure previous actions have been sufficient to eliminate hazard. 6) Five routine samples to be taken next month (October 2010).-- | ||
