| Details: | SUMMARY: 1/4 repeats positive for sample date 9/16/10. DETAILS: Called Bob to let him know that one of the repeat samples were positive. He said that he has already disinfected the well and distribution system. He has already taken four more samples and he labeled them repeats. Unfortunately, the additional four repeats wont preclude him from doing the five temporary samples for the month of October. Let him know that he will need to complete a public notice. Since the additional four samples were negative he can use the resolved coliform PN template. I e- mails him the link to resolve coliform public notice template and asked him to send me a completed copy. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice and monitor follow up tests and respond if necessary. | ||
