| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8347: Four positive TC repeat test alert. DETAILS: Talked to Tim. He was not aware or the repeat test results. He agreed to disinfect, do a PN and send us a copy. I told him about the PN templates on the website. I asked him to do a source sample when he dies his testing after disinfection. I reminded him to wait until the chlorine is gone before testing. I told him that a source test has to be included with the four repeats tests, He said the camp is closed except for staff lodging. He agreed to work in it this weekend. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for follow up test results. | ||
