| Details: | SUMMARY: 2/4 repeat samples positive for total coliform. DETAILS: System DRC Justin Pounds called the office to find out what was the next step. I let him know that they need to do a public notice for the employees even though they use bottled water they still need to be notified. I emailed the public notice template to Justin and let him know to try and get me a completed copy as soon as he could. He indicated that he was going to disinfect the system. I let him know that he can take a couple of special samples to see if the disinfection eliminated the coliform. I let him know that the system will need to take five routine samples for the month of September. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and follow up if necessary. | ||
