| Details: | SUMMARY: Four temporary Routine positive samples for sample date 09/01/2010. DETAILS: Contacted Kathleen and she indicated that the handle fell off of the hand pump and the repairs are going to be made and she is going to have repairs made to prevent coli form contamination. I let her know that they will need to take five temporary routine samples for the opening month of next year because the camp will close before next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
