| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 09/09/2010. DETAILS: Called Dan and left message letting him know about the positive coliform sample. I let him know that since they chlorinate they will need to take four repeat dist. Samples and one triggered source sample at the well head. If all of the samples come back negative then they will need to take five temporary routine samples for the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary, | ||
