| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive for sample date 09/07/2010. DETAILS: Contacted Richards wife and let her now that Kingswood Heights had a total coliform positive. She indicated that he knew and was over at the system doing some work. I let her know that since the system chlorinated that they would need four repeat samples in the distribution system and one triggered source sample at the well head. She said she would pass it along to Richard. I also let her know to be sure to take five distribution samples for the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and follow up if needed. | ||
