| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT ID:COLI8221, COLI 8248 DETAILS: I left a voice message for Tom after the initial routine TC detection and reminded him to take four repeat samples. Tom called me back with the repeat sample results: All clean except the original site. Tom was concerned the contamination was something specific to the home. He is going to take another sample from a different tap at the same home. I reminded Tom to issue a public notice (I faxed him the template) and provide a copy to me. I also mentioned the need for five temporary routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on additional monitoring and PN. | ||
