| Details: | SUMMARY: VIOLATION #2709606 - Routine Coliform DNR DETAILS: I contacted Pete about the missing sample. He said he was sure the lab had taken the sample. I received a call from Maria at Water Lab and she said a second quarter sample was taken but did not get reported (due to error) and would send a copy to DHS DWP. Second quarter sample now showing on SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Third quarter TC sample. | ||
