| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #3518412 - GWR Source Sample DETAILS: A source sample was not reported following a routine positive TC sample in April. The well has a pit less adapter and WS has recently added a tap close to the well that will count as source water. I called Dan and reminded him to make sure one of the five routines taken in July was labeled source. Sample ID 20100701015 listed as tap at well. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample as required. | ||
