| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #884214 DETAILS: I spoke with Pat about the missing routine coliform tests. WS reported five repeats instead of routines in January 2010. I asked Pat to report a routine sample ASAP. UPDATE: Five routine total coliform samples were taken on 09/14/2010 and received at DHS on 09/24/2010. All were clean. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
