| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #6-Routine Coliform DNR DETAILS: I called and spoke with John and reminded him about quarterly total coliform monitoring. He said he would follow up and get a test taken ASAP. He also mentioned they had to replace the submersible pump in the well. I also reminded him to take a Nitrate test this year. UPDATE: Five routine total coliform samples were take on 09/09/2010 and were all clean. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
