| Details: | SUMMARY: Questions about State Enforcement Deadlines DETAILS: Mr. Ketchum called as an adhoc representative of a neighborhood group served by the Rose Lodge Water Co. He had three issues: 1) What is DWP going to do if October 31 deadlines in Orders are not met ?, 2) Is there a provision in State law for replacement of operation of system with another operator, and 3) They are holding a meeting on October 26th 7 pm at Fire Station in Otis. I referred Mr. Ketchum to Joe Carlson for answers to Q1 and Q2. I told Mr. Ketchum that I would discuss the invitation to the upcoming meeting with my program manager. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
