| Details: | SUMMARY: VIOLATION #3415310 - Chemical Late/Nonreporting NO3 DETAILS: I contacted Pete and reminded them to continue quarterly monitoring for nitrate. A second quarter sample was not reported. Pete said they would take a 3rd quarter sample once the kids returned to school. 09/30/2010: A third quarter nitrate sample was taken on 09/08/2010 and received at DHS DWP on 09/16/2010. The result was 2.8mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: Continued quarterly monitoring fopr NO3. | ||
