| Details: | SUMMARY: The operator was cinfused about a violation. DETAILS: The operator was confused about a violation that she had concerning either coliform or nitrate testing and was not sure who to talked to about the problem. I checked the computer and discovered that this sytem has had problems with both nitrate and coliform testing. The nitrate problem seems to have been corrected based on the computer but the coliform problem of not reporting has not. She said that no test results were availble tot the second quarter of this year as no sample was taken. ACTION NEEDED: I advised the operator to take whatever steps that were necessary to avoid missing coliform testing. | ||
