| Details: | SUMMARY: Fourm of five samples came back for total coliform. DETAILS: Five routine samples were taken this month. Four of the samples came up positive for coliform, only the source sample was negative. The system will go through a flush of the entire system. If that does not eliminate the problem, they will chlorinate the well, reflush the system and resample. ACTION NEEDED: 1) Post Notice of positive coliform samples. 2) Eliminate of problem causing the positive samples. 3) Four repeat samples to be taken from the system. 4) Next month (October 2010) five routine samples need to be taken. | ||
