| Details: | SUMMARY: Some fire hydrant flows inadequate DETAILS: Mike called to say the Lyons Fire Department has had multiple hydrants with insufficient water pressure for more years than the Fire Chief can recall. Historically the fire department conducted tests at hydrants and flushed the lines but discontinued the practice in frustration due to the number and intensity of complaints by Bill Grimes of the Lyons-Mehama Water District and a failure to work out a solution with Bill.
