| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliofrm positive for sample taken 09/22/2010 from bathroom #1 DETAILS: Mr. Bangert stated that the well had just had some work done on the electrical conduit and that he had chlorinated if afterwards but apparently not enough. He had just gone out and put more bleach in the well and would pull four more samples. ACTION NEEDED: Pul four samples includng on ef rom the source and then five routines samples next month. | ||
