| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Contact was made by phone with Sally Hilles of Hazelnut Hill on 09/17/2010. The firms Water System ID was provided and we discussed sending in the coliform, nitrate and arsenic test results. We also discussed the plan review coordinator, Marsha Fox, of plan review. Mrs. Hilles stated the test results would be sent in and she would call the DWP to start the plan review process. ACTION NEEDED: Send in Coliform, Nitrate and arsenic results and begin plan review process. | ||
