| Details: | SUMMARY: Re-activate system and Assistance DETAILS: Notice facility had re-opened. Contacted Barbara Anderson, who is the mother of the owner Cody Ott, at he facility. She is the operator if the week days and the son Cody, is there on week-ends. I explained to Barbara why they were on the DWP, bagging ice, cappuccino and coffee, and explained what she needed to do for testing (quarterly coliform, annual nitrate and an initial arsenic, if one has not already been done), I told her Tamara Wilhite was her DWP contact, provide her contact and I would notify Tamara about this, system was re-activated as a transient system.
