| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert # COLI7471 DETAILS: Sample was taken at eh kitchen sink which leads me top believe it is not a source water sample. I was unable to contact the operator. A message was left on his phone on 4/5. Another attempted phone call was made on 4/13 and 4/14, with no answer. A letter was then sent outlining the repeat/routine sampling procedure. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure routine samples are taken and submit on time for RTC. | ||
