| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Total Coliform DETAILS: 9/28/10: Spoke to Kathy and Ron (on-site operator) regarding total coliform positive sample. They were informed to take four repeat samples ASAP and five routine samples in October. They also were informed that a [public notice needed to be posted or circulated stating the problem and the steps that were being taken to remedy the situation. This was not a boil water notice. The operator thinks that he might not have let the water sun out of the sample tap long enough when the original sample was taken. We discussed proper sample techniques. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure additional samples are taken. | ||
