Details: SUMMARY: Responded to Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Mike is in the process of determining funding to support a new Arsenic Treatment system. Updated public notice was posted on August 12, 2010. Brad Daniels issued an extension which allows Mike to complete construction or installation of arsenic mitigation some time next year 2011. Tentative dates: 1) Submission of construction of treatment or a new water source and September/October 2011. 2) Installation of construction plans., July 2011, I figured the funding will be available in May of 2011. 3) Verification that the system meets water quality standards, December 2011. ACTION NEEDED: Keep public notice posted and update every quarter.
