| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for E. coli DETAILS: 09/14/2010: Called the operator (Jeff Miller) as well as another maintenance person (Fred Simmons). They were aware of the problem and took four repeat samples ASAP. A public notice was also posted and distributed to tall staff and bottled water was provided for the kitchen and to all students and staff. A message was also left with the school office notifying them of the problem. The initial sample was taken from a faucet in the kitchen. We discussed the issues with this sample and the operator was advised to not use swivel faucets for sample collection. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples and five routine samples next month. | ||
