| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Ethylbenzene znd xylenes: Above laert level, not above MCL: CHEM 4385 DETAILS: 09/28/2010: Spoke to Mike who oversees the operations of the water system. We discussed possible sources of contamination and sampling error. He said he would discuss proper sampling techniques with his employees and ensure that they wash their hands before samples are taken. Per Daniel Hough, a confirmation sample will be taken because the detection was most likely due to sampling error. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure confirmation sample is below the \MCL, if not quarterly sampling enforced. | ||
