| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of violation ID 1212- TCR submitted DETAILS: A TCR sample was submitted on 09/02/10. This sample as a quarterly sample, however the sample tested for TCR. Four repeat samples were then taken from wellhead. One quarter oft these samples came back positive TCR. Will continue to work with the system and take an additional five routine samples in October 2010. ACTION NEEDED: TCR.
