| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer concerns about Water System Operation DETAILS: Erwin called to inquire about status of resolution of problems with the Boulder Creek WS. He also reported problems contacting owner of recent pipeline break, responsiveness of owner (>24 hrs) and the apparent lack of knowledge of water system infrastructure by owner. Mr. Winter is very concerned about the time it may take to gain a resolution of the water system problems. I explained that service questions/concerns should be directed to PUC (Kathy Miller) whereas water quality issue concerns should come to me. He wondered if someone from the DWP would be attending their meeting on October 16th - I did not know, but have since learned that management is unable to attend. I encouraged Mr. Winter to submit a written complaint to Bette Carter and cc me for the administrative file. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
