| Details: | SUMMARY: No Arsenic Sample, violation ID #3324310 DETAILS: Violation #3324310. Met with Fred again in the field to review the list of significant deficiencies as identified in the sanitary survey. One such deficiency noted was the lack of a one time sample. During this meeting, Fred provided a copy of lab results dating back to 1984 that showed an arsenic test had been performed for the system. Will fax this test result page to the state and see if it will serve as proof that a one time arsenic has been completed by the system. ACTION NEEDED: Fix other significant deficiencies identified in the survey. | ||
