| Details: | SUMMARY: We received one L&C 90% sample from City Bible Church…please see attached. DETAILS: We received one L&C 90% sample from Bible City church…please see attached. Their schedule is for five L&C taken between 06/01 and 09/30/10. The attached sample is not for compliance because it is an entry point sample, and it should be a distribution sample. They still have time to collect five samples before 09/30/2010 so would you please give them a call??? Each of the five samples must be collected from a distribution site and the location needs to be on the lab form. ACTION NEEDED: WSO need to take the required sample prior to end of September 2010. | ||
