Details:	SUMMARY: Correspondance concerning USFA Bogus Creek CG and Thielsen View CG Fourth Quarter Samples were not submitted for these two samples. DETAILS: The operating dates for these systems are listed as May20, thru October 31st. The month of October is included in the fourth quarter and therefore a sample is required. To remedy this situation please do the following: 1) Submit the missing samples if in fact they were taken during the fourth quarter. 2) Resume water quality tests during the second quarter 2010. Submit fourth quarter samples in 2010. Test results must be sent to DHS DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Submit fourth quarter samples in 2010. Test results must be sent to DHS DWP.
