Details: SUMMARY: The system wil have returned to complisnce and no longer be on High Water System Score when the following actions have been completed: SEE DETAILS BELOW DETAILS: Complete the required sampling and report to : DHS DWP 1) Inorganic Chemicals (IOC) required every three years over due Dec. 31, 2007. 2) Soluble Organic Chemicals (SOC) required every three years over due Dec 31, 2007. 3) Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOC) required every three years over due Dec 31, 2007 4) Nitrates required every three years over due Dec 31, 2009 5)Disinfection By-Products (HAAS & TTHM) required every year prior to September 30. 6) Lead and Copper five samples every six months prior to September 30 ACTION NEEDED: We agree that the deadline for completing Disinfection Be-products and Lead and Copper is September 30. Complete all other sampling by October 31st.
