| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform positive RT sample DETAILS: System installed a new chlorinator (see plan review contact report). Residual read was 1.0 ppm for positive sample. System took chlorinator offline and batch chlorinated the storage tank on 10/14/10. A field visit on 10/26/10 showed a residual of 0.5 ppm. The chlorinator was plugged back in and the repeat/source samples were collected. ACTION NEEDED: System to monitor chlorine residual in system. Take 5 routine samples in November. | ||
